What services/products do you offer?
Who is your target audience? Try to be as specific as possible. How old are they? What are they interested in? Do they live, work or hang out in a certain area?
For example: a 41-year-old, middle-class working mom who likes DIY arts and crafts projects.
How would you like your business to be perceived by those experiencing it on a daily basis? What do you want them to feel when they come into contact with it?
